LIVE Series

ShowMagic LIVE has been designed for lighting only control and has two playback modes:

Normal Mode

This mode works in such a way that if any scenes are running then the lighting responds accordingly. If all scenes are off then the lighting goes off. This is most useful for applications where what is currently running determines what is seen.

Live Mode

This mode works like popular 'live performance' desks e.g. Avolites Pearl, Wholehog etc. where channels set to LTP never get turned off (i.e. what the lights are doing is determined by what was last run for them) but the operator has full control of dimmers (HTP) via playback faders. With ShowMagic LIVE you can turn up with just a laptop (and any 'dumb' DMX desk if you want tactile control) and run the show as if you were operating a high-end 'live performance' desk, without the bulk, weight and expense.
